It is easy and flexible to use YJack. YJack group can be assembled in the work field. It supports the O-Cell's assembly method or some other reasonable ones:

Preparing YJacks
- Choose YJacks from suitable specification and quantity as per the requirements of the test.
- Weld a draft-tube onto the ends of the YJacks
- Grout and tamping down high strength concrete in the draft-tube.

Assembly of YJacks
- Mark on the right position on flat ground according to the design drawing.
- Place the YJack as per the marks.
- Joint all the YJacks into an overall YJack Group by welding reinforcing steel bars parallel on double layers.
- Weld a tension sleeve around the YJack Group that eases the reinforcing steel cage positioning and the following works.

Installation of YJack
-Install the YJack Group onto the inside of the reinforcing steel cage. YJack can be welded in the cage directly.
- Weld a guiding reinforcing steel bar on between the central hole and the reinforcing steel cage.
- Joint the oil tube to the telltale wire on the YJack and extend them upwards. Fix by binding them with the reinforcing steel cage.

Cast the Reinforcing Steel Cage Down
- Hang the below part up to joint the above part of the reinforcing steel cage.
- Place the entire cage at the pre-calculated position in the pile hole.
- Clean the pile hole again before grouting concrete.
- Ensure the compactness of concrete around the YJack Group during the concrete grouting.
