For the accuracy of loading data during load test, a calibration to jack group is necessary to obtain the data of loading feature before use.

A jack group is usually consists of two or more jacks with hundred or even thousand tons of loading capacity. Therefore, it is hard to calibrate the entire jack group.

Reasonable method: Independently calibrate the single jack of a jack group, get their data and transfer them to get the result of the loading feature for the entire Jack group.

Each jack has its own data of loading feature interrelated to its product number. We not only offer the YJack and its data but also the data transferring service.

Many methods and tools can be used to transfer the calibration data for a group of jacks. You can calculate manually or using software. Microsoft Excel is a widely used one, by which we can easily process a group of data to obtain the data and curves of entire jack group's loading feature and according linear equation.
