YJack adopts standardized and serialized manufacturing mode. Users select appropriate specification of YJack under various situations and weld them to freely form up different combinations and sizes of YJack Group.

In order to provide more free spaces flowing throughout the YJack Group and to reduce cavities left between it, YJack Group enables abandoning top and bottom steel plates. As the result, the concrete grout fluently flows through the YJack Group without the bad influence and strength decrease of concrete caused by sediments clogging. Advanced Loading Structure
After the setting of YJack Group, following by grouting concrete and before the loading, the pile body will be intact together. The Group's cylinder body and piston cylinder rigidly connect upper and lower part of the pile body with consistent mutual occlusion. Obviously, the structure effectively avoids big cavities generating within the pile body. Load Safety
YJack uses low-medium pressure (loading that is usually not higher than 30Mpa) to meet the testing requirement. It will reduce the risk of unexpected crush at the contact faces of the pile during loading. Thus, the safety and the success rate can be enhanced.
